Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10. 10. 2024

At CitizenshipPassport.com, operated by Visa Affiliate Ltd in collaboration with Visa Submission GmbH (Germany), we are committed to offering transparent, fair, and accountable services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services related to citizenship and residency by investment programmes.

1. General Policy

All payments made for services rendered by CitizenshipPassport.com are governed by a written service agreement, which outlines the scope of work, responsibilities, and applicable fees. Refunds are issued only in accordance with the terms set out in that agreement and this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Initial Consultation Fees

  • Application Processing Fees (once submitted to authorities)

  • Due Diligence, Background Checks, and Legal Review Fees

  • Government Fees and Investment Amounts (paid directly to third parties)

  • Administrative Charges and Bank Transfer Costs

  • Disbursements Made to External Lawyers or Official Agents

These payments are made for work completed, legal services provided, or irreversible steps taken on your behalf.

3. Conditional Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following limited and specific circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If you have made a payment but no service has been delivered and no third-party costs incurred, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to administrative deductions.

  • Error in Payment: If an overpayment or duplicate payment is made in error, a refund may be issued upon verification.

  • Eligibility Failure Before Submission: If it is determined during the pre-assessment stage that the applicant does not meet the basic eligibility criteria, and no legal or official documents have been submitted, a partial refund may be issued, less any administrative and consultation fees.

4. No Refund Policy Applies When:

  • The client decides to withdraw or cancel the process voluntarily.

  • The application is rejected by a government authority due to false information or undisclosed facts provided by the client.

  • The client fails to cooperate, submit required documents, or respond in a timely manner.

  • Delays or rejections occur due to changes in government policies, laws, or immigration rules.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to refunds@citizenshippassport.com stating:

  • Full name and contact details

  • Date and method of payment

  • Reason for refund request

  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

All refund requests will be acknowledged within 5 business days and processed within 14 to 30 business days upon completion of internal review and verification.

6. Refund Method

Refunds, if approved, will be made using the same payment method and currency used during the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All bank or transfer fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the client.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute concerning a refund, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through written communication. If no resolution is achieved, the matter may be referred to an appropriate legal or arbitration body, as defined in the service agreement.
